So I turned 30...

it was kind of horrible really because I was still overcoming the effects of labyrinthitus which I had been suffering with since February (still have some weirdness going on, headaches etc), which has contributed to me having some depression and possibly having some kind of weird 30's crisis, plus more weight gain because I couldn't exercise and just wanted to eat cake...

BUT I've managed to make a start on some of the things on the list - I had to leave the 10k alone for now - pretty hard to train when you have vertigo, things look like they are swirling, you are fainting and suffering nausea. I will run though, I WILL!

General Stuff which didn’t fit in anywhere else:

The List

I’m turning 30 in 31 days! I can’t quite believe it but facts are facts. There are so many things I wish I had done up to this point that I haven’t but alas water under the bridge. To make sure I do LOTS of things before I am 35 I have started this blog

The things on this list are in no particular order of importance or in the order that I want to achieve them; they are just listed this way because they are. Some of the things are planned already, some have been discussed and some are purely audacious and who knows whether I’ll achieve them all or only some of them but life is for living and I’m going to bloody well live it. I spent far too much of my 20’s worrying and being overly serious about life, it was small and suffocating. At 29 I was set FREE and started to really LIVE, maybe for the first time in my life I gave myself permission to let go a little and begin to care less about all those things which really don’t matter.... I have come up with 80+ things so far...the list will expand and grow...BRING IT ON :o)
